Summer Work (Ages 16+)
Work full time Monday–Friday while school’s out. Earn $20/hour, learn on the job, and gain real experience working with our crews.
Full-Time After Graduation
Not planning on college? Start your career as a Laborer 1 at Hendricks. Earn while you learn, train through our HARDline program, and grow into long-term opportunities.
