A Third-Generation Family Business
Providing concrete flatwork solutions in Green Bay since 1972.
Robert (Bob) & Donna Hendricks started the company in June 1972 and became RG Hendricks & Sons Construction when their sons Mitch & Scott Hendricks took over in 2001 when Bob retired.
In 2021, we became a third-generation family business when Jake and Alex VandeHei purchased the company from Alex's stepfather, Mitch.

RG Hendricks Concrete Construction has been a trusted name in quality concrete work for decades. Since taking ownership in 2021, Jake and Alex VandeHei have continued that tradition — committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, building strong relationships, and growing a team that takes pride in their work.
Jake brings years of engineering and corporate leadership experience to the company, while Alex runs a local marketing firm, HeiPro Digital. Together, they’ve worked to modernize operations while maintaining the hands-on service and high standards customers have come to expect.
Today, RG Hendricks remains dedicated to providing professional, reliable concrete solutions for homeowners and businesses throughout the region — always standing by our work and our word.
