A Third-Generation Family Business
Providing concrete flatwork solutions in Green Bay since 1972.
Robert (Bob) & Donna Hendricks started the company in June 1972 and became RG Hendricks & Sons Construction when their sons Mitch & Scott Hendricks took over in 2001 when Bob retired.
In 2021, we became a third-generation family business when Jake and Alex VandeHei purchased the company from Alex's stepfather, Mitch.

Meet The new owners
The VandeHei Family
Jake and Alex are Preble High School sweethearts. After high school, Jake attended the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Alex went to our local St. Norbert College and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
A few years later, they both enrolled in the MBA program at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. After marriage, a baby, and graduation, they moved back to Wisconsin and now live in DePere. Today, they are thriving business owners and have a beautiful family of three children: Chase, Ella, and Austin.
Alex co-owns HeiPro Digital,
a local digital marketing company, and is co-founder of The Nest,
a first-of-its-kind coworking space and club for local entrepreneurs.
Jake put his engineering degree and master's degree to good use in corporate positions
with Valent Air &
Georgia Pacific. He soon felt the pull
of entrepreneurship as well and when the opportunity came to purchase RG Hendricks
Concrete Construction, he knew it was the opportunity he'd been waiting for.
Looking ahead, we are committed to keeping the RG Hendricks
tradition of excellence alive…in our work, through our employees, and in our interactions
